At your arrival, it is necessary to give us your identity card and pay your whole stay.
You break it, you bought it! Please, tell us if you have broken something in your room, we will estimate the damage and a possible restoration without extra costs, when possible. In case of non-signalling the damage, your refund is not excluded!
Key loss or rupture will cost € 15,00 at customers charge. Remote control for automatic gate loss or rupture will cost € 45,00 at customers charge.
Change for sheets and towels in bi-weekly. Extra cleaning could be requested with an extra cost.
It is forbidden to have food in your room: we can keep your food in our fridge, just ask at your arrival.
Check-in is from 15.00 to 18.00 (except for particular requests you will plan with manager before our arrival: early check-in is possible based on availabililty, and with extra cost €30,00, late check-in is possible on request and with extra cost €30,00). Checkout is at 10.00 (except for particular requests you should plan with managers during your stay or before your arrival): you must leave your room at 10 am. We can keep your luggage in our Sala, if you wish. After 10.00 am, you will have an extra cost on € 30,00 for late checkout.
Breakfast is from 9.00 to 11.00 (except for particular requests you should plan with managers during your stay or before your arrival): after 11.00 am we will clear the buffet table: we are not rigorous, but be on time, please.
Our rooms are all equivalent for comfort and accessories.
Every room as a different capacity: we assigne your reservation to the appropriate room, following the number of people you indicate at booking confirmation.
Smoking is forbidden inside the whole Masseria.
